- Borland's Turbo C++ 3.1 Visual Edition is also an old compiler. It is not
- comparable to the latest Visual C++. Recent Borland C++'s 4.0 and on,
- have visual programming tools, so that is what you should compare with.
- The latest of each compiler is Borland C++ 4.52 and Visual C++ 4.0.
- Which is best depends on what you want to do and your personal
- preferences, and you really won't get manyobjective answers to your
- question. For my needs, Visual C++ 4.0 is better than Borland C++ 4.52,
- but Borland C++ 5.0, which is coming out soon, may be more competition.
